  • Is this everything you have in your gallery?
    No, actually, not even close! While we have an extensive variety of our gallery online, we have a number of items that are exclusive to our bricks and mortar store. If you want to see everything we have in the gallery your best bet is always to take a trip to Kimberley to visit the gallery + bistro.
  • My glass has a bubble in it - do I need to worry?
    Not at all! Handmade glass often has bubbles, folds, divets, lines and marks that are not always apparent in photos, or even sometimes without a close inspecition! These are not flaws or imperfections, but are marks of the maker and they are a completely normal part of handmade glass.
  • I'm an artist! Will you carry my work?
    We are always interested in connecting with new artists, and we update our roster of consignment artstis regularly - send us an email at and tell us a bit about yourself! Please note we will only review email requests - please do not call us or show up with a box of work - we will be unable to give you and your work the time and consideration it deserves
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Some items cannot be shipped internationally at this time. International customers please contact with any purchase inquiries
  • Where does your glass come from?
    All our glass is handmade in Canada by talented artists, makers, and production studios. We also carry artwork from a number of talented local artists that encompasses ceramics, paintings, macrame, and more!
  • IF my piece arrives broken can I return it? What if I don't like it?
    If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at so we can make it right. Returns are handled on a case by case basis; please contact

Getting Your Beautiful Things


Thank you for placing an order with Mountain Grass! We are excited for you to have beauttiful handmade glass in your home!

Please note that at times there can be discrepancies between our online and in-store inventory. If you have made an online purchase of something that is no longer in stock you will be contacted and refunded.


We process all orders during our business hours. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be processed the following Tuesday.

Please allow up to four business days from time of purchase to shiipping.


Once your item has been shipped you will be notified via email (check your spam folders) and provided a tracking link.

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your item is damaged or broken please contact us immediately at
